Rentals

If you would like to use WMHD's sound or lighting equipment a notification of at least one week is required, but you may book the equipment in advance. The equipment is rented on a first-come first-served basis, so some of the equipment may not be available.

The Equipment rental fee is $50 per day for lighting equipment and $50 per day for sound equipment. This cost does not cover equipment delivery and setup or DJ's. However, delivery and setup can be arranged for a fee of $10 for lighting equipment and $10 for sound equipment. Likewise, DJ's can be provided, but DJ fees will depend on the DJ. If you would like for WMHD to find a DJ for you, include a proposed DJ payment amount when reserving equipment.

Under certain circumstances, WMHD may be able to help sponsor the event by waving some or all of the fees. In exchange, WMHD's name ("sponsored by WMHD 90.7 FM - The Monkey") is to be placed prominently on all advertisements so that WMHD receives publicity and name recognition. While the event is happening, the WMHD banner is to be displayed on or nearby the equipment setup.

Payment of all fees are due in full when equipment is picked up.

If the equipment is not returned by the appointed date and time, a late fee of $10 per day will be charged for every day it is late. All rental equipment should be returned in the condition that it was received, with the exception of normal wear and tear. If the equipment is damaged then the renter will be held responsible for any/all repairs.
